SheriffLink has developed a framework that will provide the Sheriff with a software basis on where it can input and generate Returns of Service of various legal issued documents together with the subscribed attorneys having access to this website to immediately download Returns of Service and/or any other information associated to a specific legal process. The principle is to provide a convenient, holistically managed independent website for attorneys to be able access served documents via having access to the relevant Sheriffs’ offices via the software created by SheriffLink.
